
Instructions for Authors
Originality & Copyright Statement
Submission of a manuscript implies the authors' assurance that the work has not been published previously and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Authors retain the copyright of their works. Upon acceptance, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right of first publication and permission to distribute the article across all media.
Language & Submission Methods
All manuscripts must be written in English. You may submit the PDF file of your paper electronically using one of the following methods:
- Email directly to the Editor-in-Chief at ilolov.mamadsho@gmail.com.
- Email a member of the Editorial Board.

Page Limit & First Page Formatting
Papers should be limited to 25 pages (except for expository articles). The first page must include:
- Full Title of the Article
- Full Name(s) and Institutional Address(es) of Author(s)
- An Abstract of at most 150 words
- Keywords and Phrases
- 2010 Mathematics Subject Classification
LaTeX Formatting, Graphics & References
Reference Styles: List references in alphabetical order. Use the following standard formats:
LaTeX Document Classes: Manuscripts should be prepared as LaTeX files:
- AMS-LaTeX: Use
\documentclass{amsart}. - LaTeX 2e: Use
\documentclass{article}. - LaTeX 2.09: Use
\documentstyle{article}.
Note: AMS-TeX and plain TeX files are accepted, but accepted papers will be reformatted into AMS-LaTeX. Please keep custom macros (\def, \newcommand) to a minimum and use standard TeX macros (e.g., \omega instead of \om).
Graphics & Figures: Included images must be formatted as PNG, JPG, PDF, or EPS files, or created via the LaTeX picture environment. Import figures using:
Warning: Please do not use PSFRAG, as pdflatex does not recognize its commands.
Final Acceptance & File Submission
Upon acceptance, the corresponding author must reformat the paper using the official JADAMSM format template and submit both the LaTeX (.tex) and PDF files to the Editor-in-Chief at ilolov.mamadsho@gmail.com.
Article Processing Charge (APC)
To ensure the sustainability of open-access publishing and to cover editorial management, peer review, production, and long-term digital hosting, the Journal of Applied Data Analysis and Modern Stochastic Modelling applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts.
Key APC Policies:
- When Charged: Payable only after a manuscript has been peer-reviewed and formally accepted for publication. There are no initial submission fees.
- Coverage: The fee covers editorial and peer review management, copyediting, typesetting, DOI registration, indexing services, and digital archiving.
- Waivers & Discounts: We offer APC waivers or discounts on a case-by-case basis for researchers with limited funding, particularly those from low- and middle-income countries. Waiver requests should be made during submission.
- Payment Method: Payment details will be provided upon article acceptance. APCs may be paid by authors, their institutions, or research funders.
